  1. We pre-screen high-quality service providers for quality, services, reviews and affordability. We agree on services and pricing with them to avoid any surprises.

  2. We assess your needs or the needs of your loved one. If we agree to work together, we will try to match you with the most suitable care provider.

  3. Taking into account your timeline, we craft a plan with a recommendation of service providers and procure quotes.

  4. You can choose which service providers you want to work with and make a final selection.

  5. The service provider typically works out the final details with you, such as contract, billing, etc. If you have any concerns, we’ll connect you with another service provider until you’re satisfied.

  6. The service providers pay us a small fee to reimburse us for our efforts.

  7. We will make sure to have checkpoints with you during the engagement and are your independent partner in case you have any questions or concerns.
