How it works.
We pre-screen high-quality in-home care providers in your area for services, quality criteria, reviews and affordability.
We assess your needs or the needs of your loved one. If we agree to work together, we will try to match you with the most suitable care provider.
You choose the care provider you want to work with and allow us to share your contact information for an introductory conversation.
If you feel great about your selection, we help you work out the details with the care provider, such as contract, billing, etc. Otherwise, we’ll connect you with another one until you are satisfied.
The care provider typically works with you directly to agree on service days and hours, details of the engagement and payment.
The service providers pay us a small fee to reimburse us for our efforts once your service starts.
We will make sure to have check-ins with you during the engagement and your independent partner in case you have any questions or concerns.
